It showcases a range of home options and ideas in a highly interactive format and conveniently available in one location.
We created this site to be simple, yet complex, when a website doesn't need or even have a lot of content its a neat idea to go with a single page approach where all the content lives on the homepage, it allows the user to jump from one section to another quickly and easily. Plus we get to do what we do best, and that's do cool stuff!
Check out the location map, it looks like a map and still works like its supposed to. We even added some parallax scrolling (that's when the images and background move at different speeds.)
You may have heard of responsive design, its when the one site is displayed differently on various devices.
The benefits of device optimised user interfaces are:
- Usability increases.
- Users are more likely to get the info they need.
- Conversion rates increase.
Overall it turned out sweet and we and the peeps at SSH are stoked.
